Turnaround Times

Turnaround times for orders are NOT guaranteed.

All turnaround times posted or estimated are estimates based on past orders. Every effort will be made to fulfill orders as quickly and efficiently as possible, however, there are several circumstances that could delay an order’s turnaround time that are beyond our control.

NO REFUNDS OR REPRINTS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY DELAYS IN TURNAROUND TIMES.

Proofs

By submitting an order to 360Print, you agree to the following terms:

  • You are satisfied with the layout or mockup presented on the product listing and product description.
  • You are satisfied with any product choices you have made before adding the product to your cart and checking out.
  • You have verified the address your product will be shipping to is the correct address.

For customizable products, you additionally agree that:

  • You have verified that spelling and content are correct and assume all responsibility for typographical errors.
  • You understand that your document will print EXACTLY* as it appears on the proof and that you cannot make any changes once the order is submitted.
  • You certify that you are legally authorized to utilize any design/art/photograph listed in the product description for the purposes of fulfilling this order. Further, you indemnify, hold harmless, and agree to defend 360Print, its vendors, and affiliates from any suit, claim, or demand arising from your reproduction or use of this material.

*Please note the color on your monitor may not be representative of the printed piece. The monitor uses a resolution of 72 dpi and is RGB based, while printing uses 300 dpi and is CMYK based. The colors on the monitor are brighter than they will appear when they print.

Payment

Any and all orders must be paid in advance unless an account has been established and terms are given.  Payments may be tendered by credit card through 360Print.

Order Approval

Customizable items listed on 360Print may need final approval through a pre-established approval process. These orders will not be released into production until the said approver has approved the project and its contents online. The approver may change any information that is deemed incorrect, i.e. license numbers at their discretion. If an order is denied approval, any paid amount will be refunded and the order will be marked as cancelled.

Variations in Colors, Quantities, and Sizing

Color matching, exact quantities, and exact sizing for any print job are NOT guaranteed.

For most of our offset printing, we use a process called gang-run printing to be able to offer you our incredible prices. Using this process, color reproduction isn't always possible due to a conjoining job's color needs, and the job might be cut 1/16" to 1/8" smaller on each edge to eliminate run over from the job laid out next to it.

In most cases, you will receive a small percentage more than you ordered. In some cases, you may receive fewer. As industry standards dictate, your order may be run under or over 10% of the quantity ordered.

We hold no responsibility for any acceptable variations between the digital media and the final printed job, as described above.

Warranties

360Print will honor all published warranties on products. If the product comes with a warranty, the warranty information will be included with the product. Product registration may be required for warranty to be in effect. Please check the warranty information provided to you with the product.  

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled up until production begins. Once order is in production, the order cannot be cancelled. Cancellation requests must be made by the chat feature on the site, or by email to [email protected]

Refunds or Exchanges

Orders cannot be refunded once the order has been moved into production or shipped, unless there was a fault of 360Print.

 

360Print reserves the right to issue refunds as a credit toward a future purchase.

 

If the item is a print-on-demand or a personalized product, then we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Please note that we cannot be responsible for: Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer, inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images, design errors introduced by the customer in the document creation process, errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type, and damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer.

 

Sizing charts for apparel items are listed on each product on the site. Refunds or exchanges will not be available due to ordering incorrect sizes.

 

If an exchange or refund is authorized, the customer will need to ship the items back to 360Print at their own expense. If the item is in like new, sellable condition, the refund or exchange will be processed. Depending on the circumstances of the exchange, the customer may also need to pay additional shipping charges.

Discontinued and Out of Stock Items

If at any time, the supplier discontinues an item or an item is not available, 360Print will contact the customer for approval of a suitable substitution or alternative, or will provide a credit toward a future purchase.

Shipping

360Print will use USPS, FedEx, and UPS options when shipping, whichever is the most cost effective. All methods will have tracking numbers that will be attached to the order on the Order History page. Shipping prices are either included in the pricing as noted in the description or paid for by the customer during checkout. Any provided shipping time or tracking information is an estimated date, and no shipping times are guaranteed.

Promotional Codes

Promotional codes may be applied toward any future purchase made at 360Print.

The code will not cover any applicable sales tax or additional shipping charges. The code cannot be redeemed for cash or replaced if lost or stolen. Any unused portion above $1 will be reissued to the recipient after an order is placed using the code.

If membership is required for use of a code, membership will be verified before any order is placed into production.

Abuse of Promotional Codes may result in cancelled orders, additional verification of future orders, and loss of access to 360Print online store.

Indemnification

The customer shall indemnify and hold harmless the printer, 360Print, from any and all loss, cost, expense, and damages on account of any and all manner of claims, demands, actions, and proceedings that may be instituted against the printer on grounds alleging that the said printing violates any copyright or any proprietary right of any person, or that it contains any matter that is libelous or scandalous, or invades any person's right to privacy or other personal rights except to the extent that the printer has contributed to the matter.

The customer agrees to, at the customer's own expense, promptly defend and continue the defense of any such claim, demand, action, or proceeding that may be brought against the printer, provided that the printer shall promptly notify the customer with respect thereto, and provided further that the printer shall give to the customer such reasonable time as the urgency of the situation may permit in which to undertake and continue the defense thereof.

Trademarks

Any and all trademarks/logos displayed on the 360Print web site are trademarks of their respective company.

Sample and Design Use and Rights

360Print retains all rights to any and all graphic designs and templates completed by our design department. 360Print may use any design for samples and/or marketing purposes.
